We offer advanced training for those with previous sushi experience, featuring an intensive practical component that allows participants to apply their skills in a real work environment.

For novices, our workshops provide the perfect introduction to the world of sushi. Designed for those who have never made sushi and want to learn how to prepare it at home for family or friends, these courses are also ideal for corporate team building activities or a fun family day.

Each session can be purely practical or include a final tasting, where participants have the opportunity to taste each other’s creations, while the chef prepares a special dish, highlighting the techniques learned during the workshop.
